Cadis Ottimo double-sided silicone baking paper, 6 mt: non-stick on both sides, fits any tray or dish without greasing or flouring, for clean and consistent results every time.
Cadis Ottimo baking paper is a multi-use double-sided silicone sheet: thanks to the treatment on both surfaces, food does not stick during baking and trays stay clean without any need for oil or flour. A real advantage for anyone working at a fast pace who wants to cut cleaning time between uses.
It fits perfectly into baking trays and dishes of any shape, lining containers with ease. In a professional kitchen it is ideal for pastry, bread-making, oven-baked mains and any preparation that requires a stable non-stick surface.
