Valpolicella Ripasso DOC by Poesie: a structured Veneto red suited to the wine lists of restaurants and trattorias looking for recognisable, reliable quality.
Ripasso is one of the most appreciated expressions of the Veneto wine tradition, and Poesie Valpolicella Ripasso DOC delivers exactly what those who seek it on a wine list expect. The DOC designation sets a clear production framework that restaurant guests recognise and value.
For your business, it means being able to offer a wine with a well-known story behind it, capable of standing up to bold dishes and elevating a carefully built wine list. The 75 cl format works for both by-the-glass and full-bottle service, without putting pressure on cellar management.
